Our stylist will meet with you to discuss your requirements. We have a huge warehouse that stocks an extensive range of furniture and accessories, which we are continually updating to ensure we offer you the latest interior styles and design options. We also have a close association with a furniture removal company, people whom we trust to take care when carrying items into and out of your property.

You can talk to one of our stylists about the type of look or furniture that you would like and they will tailor a package to suit your particular home and deliver maximum impact.
It includes an initial onsite meeting, planning and selection of furniture and accessories to customise each job. It also covers the delivery and installation of our furniture, artwork, accessories and the insurance of our goods while at the vendor's property. The package includes us removing all our staging materials from your property at the end of the contract.
Our staging contract is for four weeks plus one week free of charge. This gives you one week to get your photography and online marketing underway and then a four-week open-home campaign. It’s easy to renew the contract for a further four weeks if you require the staging for a longer period.
While at the property, all our items will be covered by Distinctive Homestaging’s insurance policy at no additional charge to the property owner.
